Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and trial conversions work for LightSite AI subscriptions. LightSite AI is a subscription software service focused on Generative Engine Optimization, AI SEO, and AI discoverability. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, subject to the refund terms below.

Free trial

Free trials last 7 days from the date access is first provided. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, the trial automatically converts into a paid annual subscription. You may cancel at any time during the free trial to avoid being charged.

90-day cancellation window

If your free trial converts into a paid annual subscription, or if you start a paid annual subscription without a trial, you may request cancellation during the first 90 days and receive a pro rata refund of the prepaid fees for the unused remainder.

After the first 90 days

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are not available after the first 90 days of the paid subscription term. You may cancel renewal so that your subscription does not renew for the next annual term.
