LightSite Customer MCP lets LightSite customers connect ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP-compatible assistant to their own LightSite data. Ask what is happening across AI crawlers, AI referrals, tracked prompts, pages, brand mentions and recommended actions without exporting reports or leaving the assistant.

The connector is read-only by design. It cannot publish content, send messages, approve actions, edit settings or delete data. Every tool call uses the connected customer's own LightSite account permissions, so each account only sees the websites it is allowed to access.

Technical reference

The MCP server uses Streamable HTTP transport and protocol version 2025-06-18. Health is available at the /health path. The customer connection flow is currently in early access, so contact LightSite to join the pilot.
